JioMart has started this service with few cities as of now. Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Kalyan, Thane are some of the places. Also, Reliance has announced to open such services all around India soon.

How it makes an easy job for customers?
You must have visited grocery shops for shopping, even for buying few products; we need to wait for a long time in a line or we all the rush at grocery shops! This is highly time consuming, isn’t it? When you place your order on WhatsApp with the help of JioMart, you get a proper notification of your order’s status. Here, you get to know if your order is packed or not. So, you can go and pick it up from the store.
How to order groceries from your nearest shop with the help of JioMart?
While ordering products from JioMart make sure you have installed WhatsApp.
- Save the number ‘8850008000’ in your contact by the name JioMart.
- Now, go on WhatsApp and search for the saved number on it.
- Send any message to the JioMart number.
- You will get an instant reply from them. This message will provide you a link that will take you to the shopping site.
- Click on the link and fill the form. This form will ask you name, address, mobile number, and few details so JioMart can choose the nearest shop for you.
- Remember, this link provided by JioMart on WhatsApp is valid for 30 minutes only. After 30 minutes this link will be disabled automatically.
- By following the link, you can start shopping immediately. JioMart will choose the nearest shop and you can shop only those items that are available at your nearest shop.
- Now, create your cart with all the items you need to buy. There is no minimum or maximum value for ordering. After placing the order, you will get a confirmation message on WhatsApp.
- You can track the order, pick the order within 48 hours, and also remember you cannot cancel this order.
This service is now available for few localities near Mumbai, this may extend to other areas and cities soon. If you miss the link due to the expiry of 30 minutes. Send another ‘Hi’ message to the same number and you will be provided with a new link.
After receiving the message of confirmation, keep checking the status of your order. Once your order gets ready, pick it up from the store.
How to reach the store?
With the confirmation of the order, it will send you a link of a google map. This map will take you to the shop that has accepted your order.
